Short Course: Peer Coaching

What is the Short Course about?

This short Course explores key theoretical and evidence-based principles for coaching as a form of professional development for teachers. There is a focus on peer-to-peer coaching which removes the hierarchy that is often present when teachers are mentored or coached, for example by a more experienced colleague or line manager.

This is a highly practical course in which you will explore a variety of coaching models and work with colleagues to try these out and review these in practice through live coaching and simulated video-based scenarios.
