Short Course: Inclusive Resourced Provision for Mainstream Settings

Resourced provision or inclusion bases are a central feature in many mainstream settings with governmental plans to expand these further as part of a commitment to integrate effective SEND provision within mainstream settings.

This short course explores the principles and practices of effective resourced provision for mainstream settings. It is underpinned by research conducted here at University of Southampton and cited in the DfE SEND reforms.

The course is aimed at Inclusion coordinators or SENDCos and uses our resourced provision toolkit to help you to review your current provision and explore practical solutions for supporting pupils in resourced provision and mainstream settings.

This 20hr Short Course is offered through flexible hybrid delivery, blending independent study with live online webinars, making it accessible for busy teachers.
