Practice coaching (with observers) in sessions has been very helpful to practice and refine my technique, and allow me to better embed these techniques.

This has been some of the best CPD I’ve received in the past 20 years. The manageable size of the group, the high degree of ‘buy in’ and the opportunity to ‘do coaching’ during the workshops as well as the multi-part nature of the training have all contributed to this and big kudos to the trainers and the school team that invited them.
